This book not only has incredibly great, practical and easy-to-implement tips, it is also written with a lot of humor. The author has a great, unique narrative voice that comes through in all the tips and information. So no theory drone with facts and technical terms that you don’t understand, but great explanations taken directly from life and a variety of tips and recipes that you can easily integrate into your everyday life straight away. So yes, I think every woman should read this book, no matter what age, because there’s no getting around the menopause. And it wouldn’t do some men any harm either 😉

Every woman should read this book! And not just when it is affected. There really needs to be more focus on this topic in order to raise awareness. The author has really put a lot of effort into this. It is clearly written, very good and easy to read. It has a humorous touch and is entertaining. There are a few small errors. There was probably too little proofreading. Nevertheless, it is a great book. I immediately ordered two more copies as gifts.
