

My mission is to help women over 40 to realize their full potential and being confident, successful and fulfilled in both their personal and professional lives.
I am 49 years young and originally from the northern part of Germany.
18 years ago I found my adopted home on Mallorca.
The special light, the sound of the sea and the sun –
they are my daily sources of energy and inspiration.
The topic of “women’s health” has been with me for a long time, as I had to overcome various hormonal disorders.


My perimenopause started in my early forties –
a real hormonal rollercoaster ride where I constantly felt like I was losing myself.
I had put on weight, was constantly edgy and suffered from extreme brain fog – some days I really struggled to finish sentences and remember things!
On top of that, I had uncontrollable hot flushes, lack of sleep and mood swings.
No doctor in traditional medicine was able to help me and I felt misunderstood and left alone with my problems.
Thanks to my background as a medical fitness trainer and yoga teacher with additional training as a “Women’s Holistic Health Coach”, I was finally able to bring my hormones back into balance in a natural way.
The challenges of this time have taught me a lot about women’s health and self-care.
I now pass this knowledge on to other women and support them through their hormonal chaos.
I am not at all against hormone replacement therapy (HRT)!
For some women, this is absolutely the right choice.
But…. There are many others who decide against it for a variety of reasons.
However, this does not mean that they have to suffer more or less from the typical menopausal symptoms than others.


But this is not about me – it’s about you!
